Conference Information:

There is no registration fee for this conference. However, you must register by Wednesday, July 17 if you plan to attend this conference. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all conference participants.

Abstract Submission:

All conference talks will be 15 minutes (plus 3 minutes for questions). All students are required to submit an abstract for their research presentation. Please submit your abstract online by Wednesday, July 17. Here is the template for your Abstract submission.

Note to speakers: All rooms have the following: whiteboard, overhead projector, PC with USB drives, built-in computer projector, HDMI cables for laptop hookup, screen, and internet access. Speakers bringing Mac laptops and laptops with only DVI output need to bring their own adapter.

Group Posters:

During the Poster Session and Tea Reception, each Institution will have the opportunity to present a summary poster(s) featuring the undergraduate work conducted at that institution this summer. Easels and boards will be provided for 3' x 4' posters. Please submit PowerPoint (.pptx) file(s) of group posters to Dr. Julia Arciero no later than Friday, July 19 if you would like Dr. Arciero to print your poster and have it ready for you when you arrive on the IU Indianapolis campus. Please email your poster file(s) directly to jarciero@iu.edu. Please use this template for your group poster.
